WestJet Christmas miracle: Real-Time Giving
This Christmas magic from WestJet got 12.000.000 views and still counting. How? Studio m, took a virtual Santa, 175 WestJet volunteers, 16 cameras in 3 airports and one on a plane and set up a miracle for the passengers of two Calgary-bound flights.
Passengers were invited to scan their boarding passes, talk with a virtual Santa and tell him what they wanted for Christmas. A team of WestJet volunteers got out and bought every gift the passengers asked before the planes landed to Calgary.
Imagine how everyone felt when they saw wrapped gifts coming out instead of baggages in the baggage area. Ok stop imagining and watch the video.

Monster.com India: Wake Up Campaign
A wake up call for all the passive job seekers out there. In the new digital campaign for Monster.com, an online job portal in India, we see a fish talking to a guy asking him “If I asked you a few years back where you’d see yourself today, what would you have said?". Since you don’t get wake up calls like these in real life, you should go out there and "find better" thus delivering the brands tagline. Dentsu Marcom also made 5 teaser films featuring a little cow boy, a sheep, an opera singer, a vampire and Tarzan trying to #WakeUp the sleeping employee.

Tullamore Dew: The Parting Glass
The best whiskey film of the year comes from Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey. Authentic and with a clever ending. We see four mates walking on an Irish grassy hillside on a rainy day to reach a stone church. They have glasses and a Tullamore Dew with them. They drink the whiskey in the cemetary outside the church while they sing an Irish folk song named "A Parting Glass" to honor one of their friends. The song was recorded inside the church. I'm not going to tell you the end. Just watch it!

Beldent: Almost identical
You look better when chewing gum. At least this experiment from Del Campo Nazca for Beldent Gum (the Argentine version of Trident) is trying to prove. They took identical twins, gave one of them to chew gum and asked visitors of the Buenos Aires' Museum of Contemporary Art to answer questions like which one of the twins had more friends, had great sex, is more like to give an employe a raise, etc. From the 481 participants, 73% voted for the twins that chewed gum.

Electrolux UltraCaptic: The world's first vacuum art
Thai artist Chalit Nakpawan created "Power", the world's first work of art from a vacuum cleaner. The editing is very good, giving you the illusion that the vacuum creates the art. The Electrolux UltraCaptic model has an innovative system called Compact & Go feature, which compresses dust and dirt in a unique container to prevent it from diffusing in the air. Great work from Saatchi & Saatchi Thailand.

Asics: Ryan Hall Treadmill Challenge
Marathon runners run must faster that you may think. Asics, the sponsor of Ryan Hall, the fastest marathon runner in America, with a finishing time of 2:04:58 at the 2011 Boston Marathon, game New Yorkers the chance to run at Hall's pace. They used a flatbed truck with a treadmill on the back, set to run at 12.6 MPH, or 4:46 per mile, Hall's average pace. It seems that those who took the challenge had a lot of fun.

Tui Beer: Guy finds his house plumbed with beer
Cool prank from Tui beer that went viral. A bunch of guys took several kegs of beer and plumbed them into every tap in one of their friends house, along with loads of cameras to catch the action. Then they took a cold beer and watched their friend open every tap on the house and see cold beer pouring out. The branding appers only on the kegs of beer if you pay close attention.

The Wind Portal
The Wind Portal is an installation shaped as a monumental gate of 8 meters high and composed of 5.000 paper windmills that spin thanks to an integrated wind system, the aim was to make our visitors feel, hear and be aware of the action of transitioning through two spaces. The Wind Portal is part of the London Design Festival , and will be on display through November 3, 2013.
Designer Najla El Zein sais: "The wind portal tries to grasp and emphasise on common emotions and senses that are often forgotten. Its architectural shape works as a "trompe oeil" effect which, according to the angle you are positioned from, one would perceive the gate as being closed. As soon as you approach it, the gate seems to open up."

Samsung Galaxy S4: The Smart Phone Line
Samsung users are too smart to wait in line outside of a store for a smartphone. So, in New Zealand, Samsung created an online waiting line for the launch for the new Samsung Galaxy S4. For 12 days, people could get in the virtual line and as they shared and posted features from the S4 they moved forward in the line. A huge outdοor Led-screen visualised the line.

Dropping: High-speed photographs of ink and oil
Amazing fluid sculpting from Alberto Seveso. As big fan of the chaos theory, he used ink and oil and high-speed photography to make "Dropping".
